We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Exchanges We gladly accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at Otterpoke50@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
Non-returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jade pendants
- Herbal bracelets
How to Return
- Email us at Otterpoke50@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you
